The meet scheduled for Lake Fairfax on Oct 18th has been moved to Wakefield Park.  I will send more information about start times in the next day or two.   

Due to severe weather, practice tomorrow, Saturday Aug 12th is canceled.  Reminder, we are at Wakefield on Monday at 8am.

Hello team attached is the link for our uniform and spirit wear.  I you already have a uniform you do not need to buy an additional one.  One note, we did have to change to a new brand and so those ordering a uniform this year it will look different.  The store closes on Aug 14th.

Updated 7/28.  Three changes, Aug 10th, 11th and 18th we are now at Wakefield Park from 8-10. Click the tab "More" then files.  There you will see the Aug calendar.  

Last and final reminder that physical's are due on July 27th.  The first day of practice is August the 1st 8am at the Woodson HS track.  This first day practice will not end till 11pm so plan on that.  Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wear sun screen.  We WILL be running the first day.  The emergency care card you my turn into me on the first day if you haven't turned it in yet. Excited to see everyone.

Hello Team this is an update that paperwork is due on July 27th by 3pm.  This is a change from the previous date of the 28th that I had posted earlier.  Sorry for the change as I had just received this request from our DSA to move it to the 27th.  If you can't turn it in till the 28th just email me and let me know.  Below is what is now posted.

Stay connected by joining our Woodson Cross Country google groups.  I will post information on the group page but you also can post questions to the group.  For example if you kid needs a ride tor practice or if you want some opinons on cross country camps etc.  If you want to email me directly you will just email [email protected]  Do not use google groups because it will go to everyone.  To join simply go to google groups and search for wtwoodsonxc.  Once you find the group you can request to be added.  I will add you once I log in (every few days or so in the summer).  Here is a link as well.

Hello Team I a draft of the Aug calendar is now located under team files.  Some things are subject to change but the practice times and locations I don't see changing at this point.  Please look for updates as I might have to move dates of activities or add some dates or things like pictures etc.
