Congrats on an undefeated season!  7-0 way to go!  Looking ahead to Districts this week! 

Girls Diving is at Lee District Rec. Center.  on Wed., Jan. 27th - warm-ups are from 4:30-5:30pm.  Competition starts at 5:30pm.  Boys Diving will be on Thursday - same details as the girls.

Team Dinner this week at Erik Hansen's house - 6002 Station View Ct.  Directions:  Left on Main St., Left on Burke Station, Rt. on Braddock Rd., Left on 123, Rt. on Clara Barton, Rt. on Station View Ct., House on left.  Freshmen-Pasta, Sophomores-Salad&Bread, Juniors-Desserts, Seniors-Drinks

Swimming District meet will be at Oak Marr Rec. Center on Friday and Saturday.  The bus will leave Woodson on Friday and Sat. at 3pm.  Prelims are on Friday and Finals with Relays are on Sat. 

Regionals will be the following week at Oak Marr Rec. Center with Girls Diving on Tuesday, Boys Diving on Wed., Girls Prelims on Thursday, Boys Prelims on Friday and Finals on Sat.  There will be a bus from Woodson at 3:30pm on Thurs., Fri. and Sat.  Warm-ups are from 4:30-5:30 and competion starts each day at 5:30pm.

States will be in VA Beach this year.  We will be traveling down on Thursday for Diving practice that evening.  Girls Diving will be Friday morning, swimming Prelims will be Friday night, Boys Diving will be Sat. morning and swimming Finals will be Sat. evening.

New Woodson Swim & Dive Girl's 200 Medley Relay Record

Congrats to the relay team including Morgan Bui - Backstroke, Jill King - Breastroke, Kristen Lauer - Butterfly, and Betty Fan - Freestyle which broke the 1993 200 Medley Relay record with a time of 1:52.87!  Way to go ladies!  They also made the State Qualifying time!
